Hazard

The product presents a high risk of choking as it is made up of various small parts as received. The product could cause the vulnerable consumer to choke as the parts could be swallowed get stuck in larynx and block the airways. Consequently, this could block the airways and the oxygen flow to the brain would be blocked. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

OPSS are requiring the recall of the product from end users. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Wish).

Product description

A wooden board with cut out pieces and matching painted shapes. The item includes wooden dowels with plastic rings and 10 fish with metal tips. A wooden fishing rod with cord and magnet is also present.
