Hazard

The product presents a high risk of choking as the plastic velcro books detached at forces less than 90N, presenting a small part which fits into a small parts cylinder. A young infant could place these parts in their mouth and choke. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

OPSS is requiring the recall of the product. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon).
