Hazard

The product presents a risk of choking as an investigation found that small parts may be released from the green flower bell shaker. A young infant may place the small parts in their mouth while playing with the toy and choke. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

Le Toy Van have recalled the product from end users. If customers with an affected set purchased after December 2021 and the batch code begins with 4299 or 4302, please contact Le Toy Van on +44 (0) 20 8979 2036, speak with the distributor you purchased from, or email [email protected] for further information.
