Hazard

The product presents a high risk of strangulation as the product contains multiple cords with potential to tangle present, with a length greater than 200mm (the maximum permissible limit). The hanging toy can be tangled and form loops which can present a strangulation hazard to young infants. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

OPSS is requiring the recall of the product from end users. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (AliExpress).
