Hazard

The product presents a serious chemical risk and risk of choking and injuries as the button battery compartment of the product is not adequately secured and is easily accessible. The button batteries may be placed in the mouth and swallowed, presenting a choking hazard for young children, and causing damage to the gastrointestinal tract. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

The import has been rejected and destroyed at the border. The listing has been removed from the online marketplace (Amazon).
