Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the creepage/clearance distances between the primary and accessible secondary circuits are not sufficient. The user could receive an electric shock from accessible live parts. The product also requires improvements to labelling. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Remedy
