Hazard

The product presents a risk of suffocation as it has been identified that the mushroom head can flip around creating a tight suction, with the eyes not being rigid enough to prevent the mouth and nose from being pushed in. If this suction is over the mouth of a child or infant and the parent or guardian does not notice in time, the child may suffocate. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

The authority is requiring the recall of the product from end users. Do not use this product and ensure it is kept out of reach of children.
