Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the live and neutral pins on the plug are too close to the periphery, making it likely the consumer may touch the pins while inserting or removing the plug. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Remedy

Destruction of the product. Update: 28th April 2023: The product has been recalled from end users by Super Smart Services.
