Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of fire. When tested, the fuse clamps were not clamping the BS1362 fuse sufficiently enough to cause a reliable connection. Therefore, arcing caused very high temperatures in the fuse housing, which could cause damage to the BS1363 moulded plug or result in a fire. The product was also missing some of the required documentation and markings. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Recall of the product from end users. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon).
