Hazard

The product has been identified as presenting a serious risk of electric shock. The product is inadequately earthed and does not notify the consumer in the instructions. Under fault conditions, the metal parts of the product could become live and give the user an electric shock. The product requires improvements to markings, labelling and instructions. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2011.
