Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of electric shock due to the inadequate creepage and clearance distances, which are required to protect the user under fault conditions. There were also no instructions provided to ensure the safe installation and use of the product. Some of the required documentation and markings were missing. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
