Hazard

The products present a serious chemical risk due to excess concentrations of phthalates detected. The plastic material sample taken from product hair contains 36.8 % of the phthalate DEHP, and the maximum amount permissible is 0.01%. Phthalates may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to their reproductive system. The product does not meet the requirements of the REACH Regulations 2008.

Remedy

The product has been seized and destroyed.
