Hazard

The product presents a high risk of suffocation as the blue spoon included does not have any opening, divider or scalloped edge pattern, which prevents air flow around the spoon. The product was also missing some of the required documentation and markings. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
