Hazard

The product presents a high risk of asphyxiation as the suction cups on the storage bag for the blocks are easily detachable. A child may place the suction cup in their mouth, and if swallowed, block the flow of oxygen and cause the child to asphyxiate. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
