Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as it was found to be inadequately earthed, meaning that if the screws in the barrel break down the single insulation, the accessible metal parts may become live. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
