Hazard

The product presents a high risk of choking as it includes detachable small parts despite having no warning that the product could be used for children less than three years. As these parts can be detached with less force than the 90N test force, it is possible a child could remove the wheels and place them in their mouth. This product does not comply with the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
