Hazard
The product has been identified as presenting a serious risk of fire. The product was not supplied with the required labelling to demonstrate that they have been adequately compliance tested. The absence of such traceability labelling for such a product may increase the risk to the consumer that the product may present an ignition or fire risk. The product does not meet the requirements of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988.
Remedy
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
