Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of choking as the zip can be easily detached and constitutes a small part. A young child may place the zip in their mouth and choke. Additionally, the metal tube of the basketball hoop is easily exposed, presenting a risk of injuries. Improvements are also required to marking, labelling and documentation. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

The import has been rejected at the border.

Product description

Playpen, 174x115x61 cm. Metal tubing with plastic connectors and mesh sides. Netting goals at each end. Wire-rimmed basketball hoop. Soft plastic balls 5cm diam. User assembly required.
