Hazard

This product presents a risk of injuries as the container may separate from the blade base, exposing the blades to the consumer and posing a laceration hazard. This product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Remedy

The product has been recalled from end users. Consumers should immediately stop using the 225 ml and 600 ml blending containers and blade bases. Consumers are asked to install the protective plastic shroud, as well as the additional instruction labels as provided by the manufacturer.
