Hazard

The grey end cap of the dumbbell toy can detach and form a small part, posing a choking hazard to young children. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

The product has been recalled from end users. Consumers should immediately stop using the dumbbell toy and take it away from young children.
