Hazard

The product presents a risk of burns as the base of the ceramic mug can crack and separate whilst in use, resulting in potentially hot contents spilling. The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Remedy

The product has been recalled from end users. Consumers in possession of the affected product are advised to cease use immediately. Product description

A ceramic mug in ‘chalk’ supplied with socks as part of a gift set. Packaged in a white and burgundy box. Affected sets were sold between 30th August 2024 and 6th December 2024.
