Hazard

The product presents a risk of cuts as it features a sharp point which can protrude through the end of the heart. This may result in the user receiving a scratch, cut or injury. The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Remedy

The product has been recalled from end users. Consumers who have purchased the earmuffs should cease use immediately and return the item to their nearest Matalan store for a full refund. No receipt is required.
