Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of injuries as the chain brake is not operational and there is a lack of protection. If the user were to use the chainsaw to cut wood, they may experience a kickback. The chain brake would then fail to operate, resulting in the user experiencing contacting the blades and receiving an injury. The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
