Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of fire as the power supply (model TD1220) supplied with the InvoSpar JC-668 neck massager was found to have poor quality connections to the input and output of the power supply, with wires soldered directly to the power circuit board with no secondary fixing. This could cause the product to short circuit, presenting a risk of fire or explosion. No fuse was present on the input to protect the product from overcurrent related faults, further presenting a risk of fire, explosion or electric shock. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Remedy

The product has been recalled from end users. For further information, contact [email protected] with your order ID or adapter photos to arrange for a replacement power supply.

Product description

3-pin adapter supplied with an InvoSpar Massager. Affected products were sold between 2017 and 2021. The massage unit is unaffected.
