Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of injuries as the user could set up a ladder to move heavy/bulky items from the loft space in their house. The ladder would start to bend over repeated use under a load and could cause the user to fall from height. The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Remedy

The import has been rejected at the border. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon).
