Hazard
It has been identified that incorrect product has been filled into batch #003 of the Balmonds Gentle Face Wash, and therefore the contents do not match that listed on the product, or on the ingredients list. This may cause consumers with sensitivities or allergies to be exposed to ingredients in the dispensed product. The product does not meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 or the Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013.
Remedy
The product has been recalled from end users by Balmond.
