Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of injuries as it is supplied with an attachable canopy. This canopy could cause the product to lift off the water if struck by a gust of wind. The child could fall from the product and be injured by impact or by drowning in the water. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
