Hazard

The packaging of the affected batches does not meet the required standards for labelling and consumer safety information. The absence of mandatory labelling may result in inadequate information being available to consumers. The product does not meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 or the Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013.

Remedy

The product has been recalled from end users. Consumers who have purchased the affected products are advised to stop using them and return the product to the original point of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
