Hazard

The product presents a serious chemical risk as it has been found to contain hydroquinone, which is a skin sensitiser and may cause allergic contact dermatitis. Improvements are also required to product marking and labelling. The product does not meet the requirements of the Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 or the Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013.

Remedy

Owners should stop using this product immediately. Contact the distributor you purchased from to request redress. The products have been seized and are awaiting destruction.
