Hazard

The product presents a high risk of injuries as the information and warnings on the machinery are not readily understandable, and do not clearly state that the product should be operated using PPE. Users operating this product without PPE are at risk of injury. The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.

Remedy

The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
