Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of injuries as when tested, the product failed the strength test, functional dimensions, requirements, preconditioning and pull-out test. The ladder has insufficient strength and rigidity and may bend with repeated use. This could cause the user to fall from a height and sustain injuries. The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Remedy

The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
