Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of choking as the teethers are small parts and fit into a small parts cylinder. If placed in a child’s mouth, it may become impacted in their airway and cause them to choke. The product also presents a risk of strangulation as the cords have a combined length in excess of the maximum permitted length. Some of the required documentation/markings are not present. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon)
