Hazard

The product presents a high risk of electric shock as the breakdown insulation and creepage and clearance distances are insufficient. Under fault conditions, this could cause accessible metal parts to become live. Improvements are also required to marking, labelling and documentation. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets etc (Safety) Regulations 1994.
