Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of fire as the fuse does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1362. This means that under fault conditions, the fuse may fail to prevent fire and/or explosion. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs and Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
Remedy
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
