Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as it is inadequately earthed. Under fault conditions, accessible metal parts may become live, causing the user to receive an electric shock. Improvements are also required to marking, labelling and documentation. The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.

Remedy

The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
