Hazard

Batch SR335 of this product presents a microbiological risk as testing has indicated that it loses efficacy over time, which may lead to the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This microbial may pose a risk to consumers, particularly to those who are immunocompromised. The product does not meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009.

Remedy

The product has been recalled from end users. Owners are advised to stop using the product immediately. Further information has been provided by Yepoda via email to affected customers.
