Hazard
The product presents a high risk of electric shock as the protective earthing screw is not labelled and could be accidently removed during installation. If the screw is removed and the product develops a fault, the product may become live and shock the user. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
