Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of injuries as it contains small magnets with a magnetic flux index greater than the permitted level. Small, high-powered magnetic products can easily be swallowed and, when ingested, have the potential to cause serious internal injuries within the gastrointestinal tract. OPSS has issued a Product Safety Alert for small, high-powered magnetic products which can be accessed at the following link: https://www.gov.uk/product-safety-alerts-reports-recalls/product-safety-alert-small-high-powered-magnetic-products-psa1. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

Removal of the listing by the online marketplace (Amazon). We recommend owners stop using this product immediately. Consumers should keep this product out of the reach of young children and contact the distributor they purchased from for redress.
