Hazard

The product presents a risk of fire because heat build-up has been detected in the battery box during use. This could cause the battery box to melt, posing a risk of fire. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Remedy

The product has been recalled from end users by Søstrene Grene. We recommend you cease use of this product immediately and return to your nearest Søstrene Grene store for a full refund or exchange.
