Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of drowning as the D-ring handle that is used to unlock the weight pocket from the Buoyancy Compensator Device (BCD) can detach during use. If this happens, the user will not be able to remove the weight pocket in an emergency to rise to the surface safely. The affected products do not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
