Hazard

The product presents a high risk of electric shock as it is inadequately earthed and has externally accessible metal parts. If the product has a fault or the insulation breaks down, the product could become live and shock the user. Improvements are also required to product labelling and marking. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
