Hazard

There is no evidence that the product has been assessed using relevant UK conformity assessment procedures, as the supplied test report did not match the product. There is no valid technical documentation for the product and no evidence of production control. There is a lack of labelling, marking and instructions. In the absence of evidence to demonstrate the conformity of the product, and clear instructions for use, it may be possible for a consumer to use it inappropriately and receive injuries.
