Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of asphyxiation because the ends of the baby gym legs are noncompliant, fitting through Template A. To a child who cannot sit up unaided, the component poses a potential risk of asphyxiation/impaction through internal airway obstruction. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

The import has been rejected at the border.
