Hazard

The product presents a risk of electric shock as it was found that the grounding wire for the heating element may not be fully tightened. This creates the potential for disconnection of the grounding wire and loss of fault protection, posing a risk of electric shock. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Remedy

The product has been withdrawn from the market and recalled from end users by Char-Broil Europe GmbH. Customers should cease use of the product immediately and contact Char-Broil Europe GmbH for a full replacement or repair kit at [email protected] or 01993 884818, or visit Patio Bistro Line Recall_UK - Char-Broil®
