Hazard

The product was supplied without the required manufacturer and importer identification details. The product did not include the manufacturer’s postal address, nor the UK importer’s name, registered trade name or trademark, or postal address. In addition, the CE marking displayed on the product was below the minimum prescribed size requirements. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Remedy

The product has been recalled from end users by the eBay seller – Storm.Trading (JD Europe). Affected customers have been contacted directly by the supplier. If you own this product, stop using it and contact the eBay seller for a refund, repair or replacement.

Cordless handheld/stick vacuum cleaner marketed as a “four in one” product. The product is supplied with a floor brush, crevice tool, brush tool, telescopic extension tube and washable HEPA filter.
