Hazard
The product presents a high risk of fire because it does not meet flammability performance requirements. If exposed to an ignition source, the mattress topper may catch fire and burn rapidly. The product does not meet the requirements of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988.
Remedy
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
