Hazard

The products present a risk of injuries as it has been identified that the footbed can become dislodged from the wedge heel. If the footbed unexpectedly became dislodged during use, the user could fall leading to injuries. The products do not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Remedy

The product has been recalled from end users by Next. Next have contacted consumers who purchased the heels directly. Owners are advised to stop using the product, and follow the instructions sent by Next to arrange for a refund or replacement.
