Hazard

The product presents a risk of choking as small parts (components of the plastic blue ring) can be easily produced when the product is used. A young child may place the small part in their mouth and the parents/carers may not notice in time, with the small part able to block a child’s airways. The product also requires improvements to labelling and documentation. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

OPSS is requiring the withdrawal of the product from the market. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (eBay).
