Hazard

The products present a serious risk of choking as the blue plastic ring snapped with minimal force and fitted into the small parts cylinder. The foam filling at the end of the arch also came apart with minimal force and presents a choking hazard. A young child may put the ring or foam in their mouth and choke. Additionally, some of the required documentation and markings were not present. The products do not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
