Hazard
The product poses a risk of injuries because it is unstable. The hand rail does not meet height requirements and there are slack joints where it attaches to the ladder. The steel support bands can permanently deform meaning that there is nothing to stop the ladder from slipping open. There is a pinching hazard at various points. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 131.
